Manifestation is the idea of consciously creating the life you desire, attracting the things that you truly are. It stems from Buddhism’s Law of Attraction, believing that the energy you put out to the universe, will be reciprocated in what we receive. This is done by tuning in to what we want in life, for example, peace and joy and in return, the universe will grant us with this.
Manifestation closely ties into the Earths vibrations. Everything that exists is made out of atoms, particles or cells, and they carry different frequencies and vibrations. Manifestation believes our emotions also carry frequencies, with love and joy being the higher forms of vibration, and anger holds a low vibration frequency.
Increasing and aligning your emotional frequencies will bring your desires closer in reach. It is believed that doing things such as meditation can increase your success in manifestation as you engage on a more spiritual level.
Some will quickly want to manifest their dream home in the next 5 years perhaps, but it’s important to note that making your goals conditional will only put them further from your reality. Don’t align your frequencies and higher self for your manifestations outcome. Align yourself for the feeling of joy and greater things to come.
3 different techniques for manifestation

Vision boards – Creating a vision board will help you visually focus in on what you want to manifest. A vision board could take many forms, from a scrapbook to a pinboard. You can use magazine cut-outs, your own drawings, decoration and so much more to express what you want to achieve. Find images that align with your values for example, if you want to manifest happiness, what does happiness looks like to you?

Journaling – Writing an intention journal is another effective manifestation technique. Journaling can be a great way to write down your goals with intention journals targeting the things you want to achieve. This could be anything from daily goals, to goals that you want to revisit at the end of the month. Another form of journaling is gratitude journals. Gratitude journaling helps you to notice all the things you have already manifested and been blessed to have. This reminds you of everything you’re happy to have in your life at that current moment.

Affirmations – Affirmations are great for reminding yourself of the things you want to manifest. They are often short sentences such as ‘I am capable of achieving my dreams’ and can be repeated. Many will start their day by reciting their affirmations, but some will also use bedtime or meditation as a time to manifest. Affirmations should be read in the present tense and they should resonate with your highest self.
