Love island has been on our screens for quite some time now and love it or hate it, you cannot deny that the show has a suction power that just drags in viewers. Over the years, there have been catfights, babies, marriages and memes in their thousands. Of course, each year we crown the winners of the show and so far… nobody has stolen the 50k (This year might be the one). So… how are these winners getting on? Let’s have a browse shall we!
Season One: Jess Hayes and Max Morley (2015)

Even with the shock engagement at the commitment ceremony by Jon and Hannah, these two still managed to swipe the number one spot and stole the show! Unfortunately their relationship was not built to last on the outside however and the pair split six weeks after the curtains closed on the show!
So, where are they now?
Jess has grown her instagram following to a whopping 378,000 and it is here that she shares motivational posts about motherhood and lifestyle, as well as fashion snaps and influencer-based shots. She gave birth to a son, Presley, on the 27th June 2019 and her social media is the perfect representation of her love and admiration for being a mum. Unfortunately, after being engaged to Presley’s father, Dan Lawry, for three years… the pair parted ways this May.
Max… well, Max took a different route. After the pair ended their relationship from the show, Max began dating Naomi Ball again. This raised huge questions as she was the huge love-rival that tore chunks in Max and Jess’ relationship. Following that, Max has bagged himself a couple of other islanders throughout the years, including Zara Holland from season two and Laura Anderson from season five. He has dabbled in other reality TV but now seemingly stays away from social media and the public eye. It now seems that he is completing a renovation project.
Season Two: Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey (2016)

They were the pair that everyone adored from the minute they started their journey together. Naturally, they had questions along the way with dips in the road – would they be compatible? Are they right for each other etc? Watching the two of them certainly confirmed everything for the viewers though as they were the male and female versions of each other… a match made in heaven!!
So, where are they now?
As many people will know, there was a very very minor bump in the road when the pair briefly split in 2017 but of course, they came back stronger than ever! A beautiful home, a marriage, two babies and this week, they added a dog called Nigel too! With a combined following of almost 2 million followers on Instagram, it’s clear to see that their relationship is well and truly adored and followed by many! Cara and Nathan tied the knot in 2019 in a lovely, lavish day. They have also blossomed beautifully in their roles as parents to Freddie, 3 and Delilah, 1. On their socials, they are keen to share the hardships as well as the rewarding parts of being ‘mum and dad’.
Season Three: Amber Davies and Kem Cetinay (2017)

Rocky road? These two certainly understood the meaning of that assignment! Throughout their time on love island, the drama was never far around the corner. The straying in Casa Amor, the turned-heads when new people came in and the undeniable force of attraction that continuously brought them back together, regardless of how toxic it could get. They were so imperfectly perfect for one another.
So, where are they now?
After only six months outside of the show, the couple split! It’s often seen that the outside world is just so vastly different to life in the villa that the cracks just grow rapidly when they leave. Both of them have done incredibly well for themselves upon their exit, featuring regularly on our screens. The pair were inundated with fashion brand offers, modelling contracts, TV appearances and ultimately chose ‘money over love’ as self-admitted in the breakdown of their relationship.
This year saw Amber land her first TV role, in CBBC’s ‘Almost Never’ as it reaches its third season. After leaving the villa, she also joined the cast of Dolly Parton’s well-established West-end musical ‘9 to 5’.
Kem has also remained a popular Love Island favourite, featuring often across our TV screens. He competed in the competition ‘Dancing on ice’ in 2018 and is now running the popular podcast ‘Love Island: The Morning After’ with Arielle Free.
Season Four: Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham (2018)

I mean… they were one of the CUTEST couples to have graced our Love island screens weren’t they! Most episodes we would be ‘aweing’ at the television screens as these two were just bloomin’ adorable! They definitely deserved to win the series as they largely remained a constant state of happiness for us all amongst the chaos.
So, where are they now?
Well… unfortunately, they didn’t have the fairytale ending with each other regardless of how much we all hoped and prayed for it. They lasted for nine months which following Love Island time is pretty good going, it seems that living together, without the camera crew and islanders stares however, may have been the nail in their relationship’s coffin.
However, the pair have gone on to find true love… with their babies! Even though each of them are both single again now, they did go on to have little babes with their respective partners at the time.
Jack was the first to welcome his little bundle of joy, announcing the birth of his daughter, Blossom, in January 2020 and a year later, Dani announced the safe arrival of her son, Santiago.
Season Five: Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea (2019)

Throughout the series, we were all desperate for Amber to find her prince charming. After watching her trial people, she finally let her guard down for Michael… and boy oh boy, that Casa Amor reunion was hard to watch. Our hearts broke for her and to immediately watch her guard going back up wasn’t nice. Fast forward to Greg walking and YES!! He was the saving the grace that we definitely knew she needed!
So, where are they now?
Well… it’s safe to say that it BLEW UP after they left the villa. Their schedule’s went crazy and the distance wasn’t ideal for the two of them. When the social’s went a bit quiet, rumours started circulated and it was later confirmed that the pair had split. The rumours stated that Greg dumped Amber over text but that is something that is still being debated even now!
In regards to them personally, Amber is soaring! She constantly updates her twitter with opinions on the latest happenings in the villa and I am living for it!!!! She has also teamed up with ex-islander Kem Cetinay to host a new ITV six-part series about mental health in a bid to raise real awareness for the growing issue.
Greg has created his very own Love Island record as he becomes the first islander to compete in the Olympics. He has explained that he might dabble in TV and presenting upon his return from Tokyo but for now, his loyalties lay with rugby.
Season Six: Paige Turley and Finn Tapp (2020)

When she headed into the villa, Paige was always going to be the most speculated about due to her previous relationship with the Scottish king that is Lewis Capaldi. However, when she met Finn, it was clear to see that their relationship grew from strength to strength earning the loyal support from the general public.
So, where are they now?
Happy to confirm… the winter Love Island couple are still in love, if not more so than ever. Following the antics of the villa, they were plunged into the midst of coronavirus and when the first lockdown hit, Finn went to stay with Paige and her family. That certainly is something that can make or break you but this couple worked hard together and are still flourishing. Long may it reign!
